Mosaic Monday - The Baby Shower

The Baby Quilt was wrapped in a white bag with pink, blue, green and yellow tissue peeking out the top. Into the car we went to attend the Baby Shower on Saturday. The afternoon was humid with a nice breeze, which made it comfortable for the mother-to-be. We ate, played baby games, ate, played more games, opened presents and ate. So many wonderful gifts were received, all that was needed was baby. Which has not arrived yet.

So for my mosaic this week I am showing pictures of our lovely afternoon.

Please stop by Little Red House hosted by the lovely Mary to view the most amazing mosaics.
Have a great week!

What a wonderful time this is - the showers, the fixing up the nursery - the calm before the storm! It looks like it was a lovely shower.

Baby showers are so much fun. Some villages here wait until the mother has had the baby and then she brings it to the shower to show off.

That is an adorable mosaic. Lots of good food and good fun at the shower. Baby will be here soon. I'm sure it has been uncomfortable for the Mom to be over this extremely hot summer.

Oh, I love baby showers. That cake looks gorgeous also. I've been looking at some of your older posts. I especially like the photo of the bench sitting amongst the pine trees. It's very tranquil.
