The apples are ripe and the leaves are turning a lovely golden color. It is time to celebrate the harvest with a fall fair. Every time hubby and I attend one of these fairs, we must head over to view the old tractors, trucks and steam engines. It is not my favorite part of the fair, I would rather look at all the quilts, baked goods or flower arrangements. But this year I decided to see what I could capture through the lens of my camera.
Here in Southern Ontario you can attend a fair every weekend,
with the grand finale in November with the Royal Winter Fair.
Please stop by to view the lovely mosaics.
Thank you for visiting and have a wonderful week.

Fall Fair in an Ontario town - real fall, with blue sky and crisp, crunchy leaves underfoot - thank you for the lovely mosaic and the reminder of fun times.
Wonderful photos and mosaic. The fall festivals are fun. Loe all the fall colors in you photos.
You captured some lovely images. It sounds like a lovely way to spend a crisp fall day.
What bright and cheery collection of photos, and you put them together so thoughtfully.
I do so love fall and the colors it offers. You have done well bringing them together! Cathy
This looks like fun! You did a wonderful job ... you and your camera!
Ahhhh, yes! Makes me miss my Dad, he would've loved this country fair and the old machinery. Thanks for the memories - ahhhoooooga!
It sure does look like autumn! Very nice mosaic!
I'm with you...just lead me to the Exhibition Hall and not to the machinery. Ha!
Great shots!

I love the quilt, too, but I’m so glad you took this group of photos....the way you organized them in the mosaic is very appealing. You did a great job.
Hugs,

Oh what a fun mosaic! I miss the fairs of my childhood... I always loved seeing the antique cars!
Some great captures through your lens! Looks like a fun time at the Fair!
Great photos that you put into the mosaic! I love the old farm equipment and the colors.
For not wanting to visit the old tractors Jen, you showed some great angles of them.
Maybe next week you can show the good stuff like the baking, quilts etc.

I think you captured a little something of many parts of the fair. Wonderful. Love the frame.
You did a great job photographing the "other" parts of the fair. :-D I have not been to a fair in years. The big one here changed so much, then moved to another location so lost interest.
Have a great week.
nice combination in your MM, in one way it belongs together without automobiles and other machines we couldn't enjoy so many different fruits.
Your mosaic gave a wonderfully different view of the fair ... great photos!
Fun mosaic~ even if it is of tractors & engines instead of prize-winning pies & quilts :-) I haven't been to a fair in ages!
Jennifer,
Great job on the mosaic. I usually head for the quilts but this year I might try some of machinery as well.
Our fair is this coming weekend and I hope we have good weather.

I love the pretty edging to your mosaic photo this week! I agree with you than quilts and flowers are more fun to look at at a fair but you did a nice job making these tractors look interesting! I like the bright red one!
What a fun and creative mosaic you've created! Even though farm implements are not my idea of checking out at a fair (or any other time-LOL) you've captured some great shots. Love the leaves in the bottom right pic.

Thanks for your visit today! I noticed that we have a couple of things and maybe three things in common... we each have three sons, we live in the southern part of our country (I'm in deep south Texas), and maybe, just possibly we are married to farmers... or at least men involved in agriculture.
Fun!!
Wonderful mosaic.
Have a great week.

I love this time of year! Fun looking at all the farm implements, tractors and saws from a photographers perspective.
I am looking forward to the many fall fairs that I will no doubt take advantage of while discovering all the small surrounding towns and villages in my new home in Grand Bend!
I will surely post a few adventures too! Where has the summer gone! It is good to be back posting once again and visiting all my blogging friends!hugs Anna
This time of year is refreshing.
Your mosaic is very creative.
Glad I came by to visit.
Fairs are one my favorite parts of Fall! Looks like you had fun! Would love to see photos of the quilts! heehee! ♥
We have all the trucks and tractors at our farm fairs, too. Some of them are quite good subjects and the details you've captured give a lovely nostalgic feel to your mosaic. I am not fully giving in to autumn – we're having hot and dry weather for the next few days – but after that no doubt I will be going to the orchards and farms. Have a great week, Jen. – g
