Pink Saturday

I have been putting away the summer decor and adding fall. This table topper titled "Popping Up Spring" has lovely pink roses, apples, peonies and small sheets of music on the background fabric.

Before putting it away I took closeup pictures of  the fabric, I was going to use them as textures.

I used a string of pearls to frame the vignette on the fabric for this picture. But I decided it would make a better background instead of a texture. So, I added a pink rose picture and a geranium picture, then used a texture over the whole arrangement.

I am joining the lovely Beverly at How Sweet the Sound
for Pink Saturday. I hope you join the party.

Thanks for visiting and have a great weekend!

I enjoyed seeing this quilt before you tucked it away and I like the bottom picture with it used as background. Looking forward to seeing your autumn quilts!

Happy Pink Saturday Sweetie...
Oh what a beautiful share today. I love this quilted table topper, and the fabric is just exquisite. I love the little musical notes in the background, you are so right, they are just perfect. I love the color combination of the burgundy with the olive green. Just exquisite along with the rose garden.

The pearls are so pretty. I too love texture (even in foods I love texture.)

Your last photo is so precious. Aren't the pinks just gorgeous.

Thank you for sharing with me today. I so love it when you do.

Have a gorgeous weekend sweetie. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

What a beautiful table topper....it is sort of sad that it is being put to bed for a winter of restful sleep. I love the way you used the pearls to encircle and highlight the lovely fabric. This post was a great way for me to wake up this morning.

Hugs,
Genie
