Hello everyone, I hope you had a wonderful weekend.
Today is sunny, but very cold.
The temperature is -33 C with the wind chill.
Brrrrr!
On Saturday, Val from Gardening in a Sandbox and I went
on a field trip with our Photo club, here,
to the Distillery District in Toronto.
The conditions were sun, snow, clouds, wind and cold.
These are a few of the photos I took throughout the day.
I was given an older Mac computer from my youngest son and
have been playing with its' photo editing programs.
This is my first mosaic and post using the system.
A hugh learning curve for this computer illiterate gal.
I am joining Little Red House for Mosaic Monday.
Stop by and visit the beautiful mosaics.
Take care and enjoy your week!

The pictures are great! Seems to me you're a very fast learner. I think your whole club is brave to get out in that weather (I'd probably never get a picture, it would take me too long to take my gloves off first ;>)...
looks like a great time ... love architecture!
Love these photos!!! I would love to visit this city!!!
What a fantastic place to take photos!
Great shots Jen - that must have been tough to take so many with the cold temperature.

I love the tones of your mosaic and especially the tree lined sidewalk. The rounded corners of the mosaic are very cool!
That's a great first attempt of using your mac. The effect is different. I've been to Downtown Toronto some 2 decades ago. I remember that tower.
Those buildings are beautiful!
Good luck with your MAC!
Jen,
Wonderful photos and a great mosaic. Love the lines.
Your quilt is beautiful. I have a real hard time working with just two colors but when the quilt is done, it is elegant.
Have a nice week.

I just don't know how you folks endure such cold temps! My daughter lives in up-state NY and told me last night the temp (without wind chill) was -15 F. We were in the single digit yesterday but will be warming tomorrow.
Your photos are beautiful. Lovely mosaic!
Hi Jen, how are you? Love your photos and love your mosaic. I think you have hidden computer talents! :) I've been to Toronto, but only in the summer. It's a wonderful city to explore.
