Mosaic Monday - Blue Winter

Hello Everyone,
I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Saturday we had rainy weather and warm temperatures, eliminating most of the snow. But, last night the temperature dropped to below freezing and another 6 inches of snow fell.

But it is sunny today and the sky is a wonderful blue,
so I went looking for blue pictures for my mosaic.

I am joining Mary at Little Red House for Mosaic Monday.
She would love a visit.
Enjoy your week!!

The blue looks wonderful in the mosaic, Jennifer!

Too bad about the snow we got last night, eh? It won't last long! (I hope.)

Beautiful snow shots - and of course I'm always drawn to white and blue. I love the texture - all the cold snow and the smooth, cold china. Lovely.

I love the blues in your pictures, so pretty! I guess you'll probably be getting snow for awhile still? I'm hoping all chance of snow has passed here, but we've had it in March before.

Beautiful blues and I love the way you have caught the shadows in the snow. Cold here but we have some sun.

Have a great week, Jackie in Surrey, UK.

Beautiful mosaic- I like how you put it over another photo for background.

It must be nice to be rid of the old snow and the new doesn't take long to go. It is mild here today but turning cold tomorrow.

Blue and white has got to be the very best combination ever. I love the long lines of the tree's shadow on the snow. So very elegant.

Have a wonderful week.

What a nice idea to combine the show pictures with the blue dishes. Great combination! We can actually see the ground after a day of heavy rain. It is not spring yet but the birds are singing more.

I love that you used a photo for the background! I wonder if I can do that! I'm going to work on it! lol Lovely scenes...very different from what I see here in Florida! ♥

Beautiful -- your mosaics look almost like they could be quilt patterns -- you have that kind of great eye!

Hi Jen! This beautiful mosaic really captures the crispness and coldness but also pristine beauty of the new snow. I'm kind of amazed you had so much at this time of year but I guess it's to be expected. No snow for us but it's quite cool.

Wishing you a lovely week! xoxo – g
