Green Barn Shed

This farm is down the road from my house and I have photographed the house many times
and thought it was time to capture the collection of barns.
Kim's challenge this week was to use two textures, Sweetart and Water Stained Frame
were my choices for this photo.

I am joining Kim Klassen for Texture Tuesday...

and Lisa Gordon for The Creative Exchange...

Have a wonderful day!!!

This is beautiful! I love the scene and the edit looks great. I'm going to make a note of those two textures. I think I have them, but I haven't tried them. I really like how this turned out.

This placid scene could just as well be taken around here. [UK]. That is what makes these memes so wonderful: seeing the similarities as well as the differenc es between us.

Jen,
Just gorgeous. I need to finish Kim's class....I love the use of the textures. Internet access made it difficult to listen to all the lessons.

Love those old barns! You don't often see a green one. Do you live in farming country?

Your picture not only has lots of texture, but it has great depth and beautiful natural color.

It looks just like OHIO!!! ~big smile~

I found a photo of a maple leaf quilt that looks to be very similar to the pattern I sent you the link to.

I can't make up my mind about which fabrics to use in my table runner. Phooey! I spend more time trying to decide that making the dern thing.
