Entering the Castle

This weeks' theme for Photo Art Friday was "Exists" or "Entrances", I went into the archives looking for door and window pictures. Instead, I decided to use this old stone arch with the renovated castle seen through the arch.

Recipe: a levels adjustment
poster edge applied
pdpa Cobblestone Road texture
pdpa Brown Rice paper texture
pdpa Age It texture
The photo now looks like an old aged canvas.

I love looking through to something else! And the sky has a beautiful look to it! This would make a good pencil drawing, too!

Hello Jen
Nice view through the arch and the textures you've used make the photo look like it is a puzzle that has been put together.

Perfect choice for the theme. It's a wonderful looking gate and what lies beyond looks very inviting. I like the aged feel you gave this.
