Camera Critters- Peek-a-boo

This Red Squirrel has been checking out the woodland garden for a few days. He runs up the tree, stops and then pecks out around to see where you are.

Squirrels *take* such wonderful photos ... little posers! Cute, but pesky! Happy Critter Day!

We're seeing brown squirrels here for the first time. They've made a nest in the spaces between the rocks in the rock wall along the drive. I was so glad to see them because the island is being overrun by grey squirrels.
Very cute photo!

Ahh he is really cute, I love squirrels rarely get to see them. As a child I use to go to the graveyard and sit on the wall watching the native red squirrels in the trees. People must have thought I was strange but I loved the squirrels. Thanks for sharing :)

He's probably watching you to see if you bury anything tasty.

What a great shot! This looks like it should be a picture for some kind of ad.

What a cute squirrel! We get gray squirrels here. Even though they can be a pain sometimes, they really can be funny to watch.

Very sweet photo.
Aren't you lucky to have red squirrels? There are only a few places in UK where they can be found now since their American cousins took over;-) I still enjoy seeing the grey squirrels though - they're very entertaining.

We don't have squirrels in Australia, so I can enjoy your beautiful photo without the pain experienced by gardeners that have lost plants to them! What a cheeky looking critter he is!
