Mosaic Monday - A Celebration

For this special weekend I made two mosaics.
One for Canada Day, which was July 1st and
one for Independence Day, July 4th.

Red and White for Canada Day

I hope everyone had a wonderful time celebrating their nations' birthday.

While they're both quite pretty, this American is head over heels in love with the Canada one! Is that unpatriotic? Oh, well. Just beautiful.

Both are really pretty. I love the glass ball and quilt mixed with the flowers. My Mom's whole side of the family still lives in Canada so she always celebrates both.
