Small Pink Roses?

Just a short post to let you know I am still here, just been very busy.
I was organizing an afternoon tea and fashion show
for my Horticultural Society's 90th Anniversary...
working on two membership programs on-line,
thank fully one is finished...
my youngest son is getting married in August, busy, busy...
and gardening season has started, so you know where this
gardener is going to be when she has a spare moment.

An image I took on my iPhone and processed in Snapseed.

Not small pink roses but flowers from
a Flowering Almond Shrub.

Enjoy your week!!!

That is a beautiful photo of the flowering almond. It's a very busy time of year outdoors - when it's not raining. Our son is being married Aug. 9. So far I don't have any 'responsibilities'. lol I'm sure as the day gets closer I will though. Have a great week.

Hi Jen,

Gorgeous image, Jen.

Sorry I missed the afternoon tea and fashion show, but was in the city visiting my mom. Looking forward to photos of all the activities.

Hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day.

The flowering almond is perfection. Ours was skimpy on blooms this year, but still pretty.

I hear you on the "busy" season and the gardening. - Oh this is so pretty. I did think it was a rose at first. I love the fluffy blooms.

This is a beautiful plant. Will it grow in Maine? I would love to have one. This is the worst Spring. Not enough SUN..
I like your blog, first visit.
